They are the privileged interlocutor for customers and their teams.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>Missions*<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible for ensuring service implementation, in compliance with specifications and regulations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consulting and input of technical solutions for the customer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation in the local deployment of the quality system<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Updating the prevention plan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Optimized planning of work and mission organisation while ensuring service permanency<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Writing safety directives and service notes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identification of recruitment and training needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recruitment validation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Training and induction of newly recruited staff<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evaluating and maintaining the knowledge level of team leaders and officers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Writing up incident reports<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible for the administrative management of their site (analysis of occupational accidents, scheduling, organising holidays\u2026)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information reports to hierarchy of problems encountered<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(*Non-exhaustive list)<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Qualifications and diploma required<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum level: baccalaureate to bachelor<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specific management training courses<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">High level of training or experience in the fields of safety\/security<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fire safety training SSIAP, 3<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rd<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> degree<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PSC1 or SST<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H0B0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Specific skills<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The site manager must both possess technical skills in terms of security and demonstrate interpersonal and management skills. Accomplished professional, they know how to take initiatives to optimise the service in terms of quality and costs.
